Our holdings consist of PUBLIC DOMAIN titles
and films that remain protected through copyrights. While
Public Domain footage can be licensed immediately by
MacDonald & Associates, protected films must be cleared
with the copyright holder before being used in a new
production. Just because a motion picture is in our
inventory, it does not mean that MacDonald & Associates
maintains the legal right to license its use. Please contact
us for the copyright status on individual titles.
